32 oz. package frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup (or other cream soup)
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 12 oz. container of Little Bill's Pimento Cheese

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray/grease a 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Then add 1/2 package hash browns. In separate bowl, mix Little Bill's Pimento Cheese, soup, sour cream, green onions, then pour 1/2 of this mixture over hash browns. Add remainder of hash browns and pour remainder of mixture on top. Bake covered for 30 minutes, uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
